We moved to Echizen, Fukui Prefecture after the residency season of 2023 and started the new AIR season at our Echizen Studio in April, 2024. We welcomed 57 international artists and 2 group of students in 2024-2025, and are expecting 35 artists and 1 group for 2026!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you know, Echizen is one of the famous traditional production area of Japanese paper. We are offering paper making workshops in cooperation of the Udatsu Paper &amp; Craft Museum and some other local paper mills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The special program \u201cSUMI-WASHI\u201d launched last year is very popular, and This year&#8217;s program is currently underway.
