Message<\/td>When I\u2019m not teaching handknitting, I dedicate much of my time to supporting the lives of non-Japanese residents in Echizen. It has long been my hope to see these residents enjoy a more comfortable and fulfilling life in our community.
My journey with MI-LAB began during the Fifth International Mokuhanga Conference, where I was honored to serve as an interpreter. Since then, I\u2019ve interpreted for MI-LAB’s artists in residence and had the pleasure of meeting artists from around the world\u2014including Australia, the UK, Canada, and the USA. I enjoyed accompanying them to explore Eiheiji Temple, unwind in hot springs, and have fun trying on summer kimonos. I look forward to continuing my involvement with MI-LAB and supporting its vibrant, international community of artists.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
