The participants wrote the \u201cContemporary Mokuhanga Handbook\u201d to summarize their training. Based on this as the original, to create an e-book, we added new text, translation, illustrations and photographs. There are 6 video clips to show the technical process of the woodblock printmaking process and a lot of artworks created by instructors and participants of MI-LAB Artist-in-Residence.<br>From now on this book will be the basis for MI-LAB Basic Training Program. At the same time, we hope that artists will be able to make great use of it when they teach Mokuhanga at their overseas studios.<br>This project was carried out in the framework of Emergency Comprehensive Aid Package for Cultural Art Activities by the Agency for Culture Affairs, Government of Japan.
