各位

初夏の候、みなさまにおきましてはご健勝のこととお慶びもうしあげます。

さて、下記の通り第3回AIRオープンフォーラムを開催いたしますのでご案内申し上げます。この度は、フィンランド大使館、フィンランド文化センター、ノルウェー大使館の共催、国際交流基金の協力を得て、北極圏を取り囲む国々の文化と、そこで活動するアーティスト･イン･レジデンスをご紹介いたします。

ご多忙とはぞんじますが、万障お繰り合わせの上、お出かけください。なお、会場となりますノルウェー大使館では、大使館の保安警備上、お人の入出のチェックがございます。お手数ですがご参加くださる方は、メール又はファックスにて下記の申し込み用紙に必要事項をご記入の上、ご登録ください。お申し込み頂いた方へは、当事務局からご来場の折に提示していただく登録番号をお送りいたします。

■The Third AIR Open Forum

To all members

I hope this letter finds you in good health as we enter early summer.

I would like to take this opportunity to announce the third AIR Open Forum. On this occasion, with the gracious cooperation of Embassy of Finland, the Finnish Institute, and the Royal Norwegian Embassy, we will focus on the culture of countries within the Arctic Circle while introducing Artist Residencies that are active in that area.

We understand that you are all busy, but we very much hope you will be able to attend. Our host, the Royal Norwegian Embassy, would like to verify the number of attendees for security purposes. We kindly ask that those wishing to register your name and contact number in the following register form and mail to us. Our office will then send your register number which we ask attendees to present upon arrival.
